Agreement
By using VozType, you agree to these terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, the Apple terms control where required.
VozType Pro subscriptions
- Monthly access is offered at US $4.99 per month.
- Annual access is offered at US $49.99 per year.
- Prices are shown in your App Store storefront and may vary by country, currency, tax, or future pricing changes.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Apple charges renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings.
Using the service
You may use VozType for lawful personal or professional dictation and translation. You are responsible for the content you dictate and for confirming that generated transcripts and translations are accurate before relying on or sharing them.
You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass subscription checks, interfere with its operation, probe private systems, or use VozType in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.
Availability and fair use
Dictation and translation depend on internet access and third-party services. We may apply reasonable limits to prevent abuse, excessive automated use, or disruption. Features may change as the app improves.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you dictate. You allow VozType and its service providers to process that content only as needed to operate the requested feature, maintain security, and comply with law.
Disclaimer and liability
VozType is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Speech recognition and translation can make mistakes. VozType is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical review.
To the extent permitted by law, VozType is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Ending access
You may stop using VozType at any time. We may suspend access for material abuse, fraud, security threats, or legal requirements. Ending access does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; manage cancellation through Apple.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, except where law requires another form of notice or consent.
